Upcoming planned activities:

• Instrumental

  • Lab Band – preparing for Festival

  • Jazz – Festival Schedule will be posted 
    Cavalcade start in February and Berks Jazz Fest in Reading
    In March - Temple University – Jazz @ Lincoln Center

• Choral

  • 1/12/23 7:30 pm Winter Choral Concert

  • 2/4/23 ICHSA Quarterfinals

    • This is an all-day event. Set up starts at noon and competition ends by 10 pm so 9 or 9:30 for break down Boosters asked to arrange for concessions to sell food and drink and provide cash box. Laurie Lausi will handle getting concession snacks, drinks, and dinner. Per Laurie, parent volunteers have signed up to cover all but 4:30-6:30 to serve dinner so Music Boosters will assist during this time.

• Musical – Into the Woods - starting show practice with pit rehearsals to start in January

• New members added this month: 1 Premium, 4 Gold, 2 Silver, 6 Student

• 5 laptops will be available for membership drive at Vocal concerts 1/12/23

• Distribute T-shirts

Treasurer’s Report

• Fiscal Year starts July 1, 2022

• Expenses to date $4,079 (with invoices outstanding for vocal)

• Earned to date $10,004
