Approval of minutes from last meeting on March 21, 2022

​Music Report

Upcoming planned activities (pending any possible Covid restrictions):
•    May 13    Symphony Festival @ Council Rock
•    May 19    Vocal Concert
•    May 22    Dancing with the Cherry Hill Stars at West auditorium
•    May 25 & 26    Band concerts

•    Coffeehouse Event raised $2800 for project to help those with eating disorders.  About 250 attendees.

Membership Report

No new Additions since last meeting

Treasurer’s Report

• Earned to date     $8,409

• Expenses to date     $9,601

​

Other Business

•    Senior Recognition – To provide the 6 scholarships, same as last year.
•    Recognize all Seniors in the various Music programs at respective concerts
•    Will do T Shirt sale of approx. 40 shirts from prior years (*except 21/22 year)
•    Contest for T-Shirt design for next year – gift card as award
•    May 6 deadline for Spring Ad Book for May 12 printing – Senior page & Achievements.
•    Continued focus on recruiting for Lab and Jazz Band @ elementary and middle schools.
