Upcoming planned activities:

• October 27 Fall Preview Concert 7:30 pm

• Marching Band
  Participating in Fall Preview and Cavalcade 
  Will be adding a game for championship

• Instrumental
  Jazz will be participating in Jazz Cavalcade with festivals in Winter and Spring

• Vocal
  Participating in Festival in Montclair University

Membership

New members added this month:

• 2 Faculty, 3 Premium, 7 Gold, 7 Silver, 2 Student/Alumni
  Total of 52 members

• T-Shirts were received and will be available for Fall Preview on 10/27/22

• Will set up table with computers so parents can sign up for membership
  to reduce paper forms and address connectivity challenges from Back-to-School night

• Sign up Genius to request helpers for membership table

• 6 pm report time for helpers as students are dropped off

• Earned to date: $4,975

• Expenses to date $6,387

• Meeting adjourned at 7:45 p.m.

• Meetings take place at East on third Monday of the month – schedule set for:
  11/21/22, 12/19/22, 1/9/23, 2/13/23, 3//20/23, 4/17/23, 5/15/23

• Next meeting is 7 pm, Monday November 21, 2022, at Cherry Hill East in the band room.
