​Music Report

Upcoming planned activities:

• September 22 Back to School Night

• October 1 First Festival for Marching Band

• October 27 Fall preview Concert

• Instrumental – All auditions are complete for all bands

• Jazz Band to participate in Cavalcade Festivals

• Marching Band to participate in Cavalcade Festivals

• Vocal – small group auditions were opened to freshman and numbers are up in all choirs

• Stay Tuned will be competing in ICHSA

 

Membership

New members to-date:

• 1 Faculty, 12 Premium, 10 Gold, 7 Silver, 2 Student/Alumni and 2 Donations

• Creating a QR code to facilitate easier membership enrollment and reduce paper forms

• Discount code to be created for Back to School Night to expire at midnight to encourage membership

• September 22- Back to School Night – Jodi offered to help at Booster Table

• T-Shirts were ordered – to be available for Fall Preview on 10/27/22

• Meetings take place at East on third Monday of the month – schedule set for:
  11/21/22, 12/19/22, 1/9/23, 2/13/23, 3//20/23, 4/17/23, 5/15/23

• Next meeting is 7 pm, Monday October 17, 2022, at Cherry Hill East in the band room.
